Primary Function: To provide a flexible, UV-resistant, and water-impermeable barrier for protecting concrete structures from water ingress, both internally and externally.

Q2: How is it applied?A:Surface Prep: Concrete must be cured (28 days), sound, and clean. Moisture content must be <5-10%. Repair all cracks and holes with an epoxy-based mortar.Priming: It is mandatory to apply SmartCare Epoxy Primer (mixed in a ratio of Resin:Hardener:Water = 1:1:2 by weight). Allow it to dry for 2-3 hours.Application: Mix the PU Aqua thoroughly. Apply the first coat. Apply the second coat after 8-10 hours in a direction perpendicular (cross-direction) to the first coat to ensure even coverage.
