About NCL LFT ADHESIVE-TE 203 TILE ADHESIVE

•  91 000 74051 NCL LFT Adhesive TE 203 is a cement-based, polymer-modified thin-bed adhesive from NCL, designed for fixing tiles/stones. 

• Its supplied as a factory-premixed dry powder; on-site you just add water and mix (i.e. single-pack, just-add-water system) no need for custom cement-sand mixes. 

• It conforms to standards IS 15477:2019 Type 4 and EN 12004: C2TS2. 

• It is formulated especially for larger-format tiles and stones, including vitrified / porcelain tiles, slim tiles, marble, granite, engineered stones suitable where high bond-strength and full bed coverage is needed.

• Strong & durable bond  high tensile adhesion strength helps prevent debonding, hollow-sound issues or loose tiles over time. 

• Water-resistant & suitable for wet / monsoon-prone conditions  TE 203 is advertised as water-resistant and impact-resistant, making it reliable for areas exposed to moisture/rain, e.g. bathrooms, balconies, external walls. 

• Flexibility / Impact resistance  the polymer-modified formulation offers good flexibility, which helps accommodate minor substrate/tile movements without cracking or debonding. 

• Versatile: Interior & Exterior, Floors & Walls & Cladding  usable on internal floors/walls, external walls, even external cladding (up to around 10 ft from ground level, per manufacturer) when done properly. 

• Wide substrate compatibility  can be applied on cement plaster, concrete, screeds; also works on drywall boards, plywood, certain panels (for cladding), subject to primer/ substrate prep if needed.

• Full-bed application  thin-bed adhesive but formulated to ensure full contact under tile, avoiding hollow voids common with poor mortar-mix tile fixing. 

• Tile / tile-type suitability: vitrified tiles, porcelain, slim tiles, large-format tiles/stones, marble / granite / engineered stones especially materials with porosity < ~3%. Adhesive bed thickness: ~ 3 mm up to ~ 12 mm depending on application.

• Coverage: Approx. 0.2780.306 m per kg (with 6 6 mm notch trowel) actual coverage depends on notch size, tile type etc. 

• Packaging: Commonly available in 20 kg or 50 kg bags.

Use NCL LFT Adhesive-TE 203 when:

• Installing large-format tiles or heavy stone tiles / slabs (porcelain, marble, granite, engineered stone) on floors or walls.

• Working in wet or high-moisture zones, or in climates with heavy rainfall / monsoon e.g. bathrooms, balconies, external walls, terraces (provided substrate is correct

• Expecting heavy traffic, impact, or heavy load conditions (entrances, corridors, commercial floors, etc.) where a strong, long-lasting bond is necessary.

• Building projects where you want reliable, factory-consistent adhesive performance rather than variable traditional cement-sand mixes.

• Substrate must be properly prepared: level, clean, stable, free from dust/oil/loose particles before applying adhesive as with any tile adhesive. Poor substrate prep reduces bond strength.

• For heavy stones / very large tiles, ensure full-bed application (not just spot-fixing) to avoid hollow spots under tile.
