Dr. Fixit Roofseal Select is a single-component, acrylic (acrylate-silicone) elastomeric coating engineered for robust terrace waterproofing. Upon curing, it forms a tough, elastic membrane capable of >300% elongation, providing crack bridging, UV resistance, and reflective coolingable to reduce surface temperature by up to 10 C.
