About STARBOND STARCEM 2K
91 000 74051 STARCEM 2K is a two-pack cementitious & acrylic polymer based flexible waterproofing and protective coating. Made with high-quality Portland cement, graded aggregates, special additives, and acrylic emulsion polymers, it forms a durable elastomeric, waterproof layer on curing.
It is specially designed for swimming pools, water tanks, basements, terraces, tunnels, bridge decks, retaining walls, cooling towers, and other heavy-duty concrete structures.

No. Do not add water or external powder; it affects performance.
