It forms a strong, durable plug even under running water or high leak flow conditions, making it ideal for emergency repairs and plugging applications.

Q1. What kind of leaks can this stop?

It can stop negativepressure leaks through cracks, joints, gravel pockets, casting joints etc.even under running water.

Q2. How fast does it set and become effective?

At around 27 C, it begins to harden in ~2-3 minutes. Quick strength gain ensures leak stops fast.

Q3. How is the surface prepared before sealing?

Clean arearemove loose materials, oil, grease etc. Widen leak point in dovetail shape (~20 mm) to allow better bonding. Wet the surface if very dry.

Q4. How much material is needed?

Depends on volume of leak / cavity. Since setting is very fast, mix small quantities at a time that you can apply immediately. For 1 kg bag, small area patch; for big leaks you may need multiple bags.

Q5. Can it handle high pressure or lots of water flow?

Yesbut for very high pressures, sometimes drill relief holes around the leak, or using supporting plugs, then apply the mortar. Larger bonding surface helps.

Q6. Is it safe for potable water or areas that carry water later?

Yesits non-toxic and chloride free. Once cured, it can be used in water tanks, etc.
