ReArm Bond EBA is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy resin bonding agent provided in pre-weighed kits. It offers high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, and is suitable for bonding new concrete to old surfaceseven under damp conditions. Q1. What is ReArm Bond EBA used for?

A: It bonds new concrete or mortar to existing substratesideal for overlays, structural repairs, loading bays, bridges, road repair overlays, and jacketing. Also works effectively on damp and vertical/horizontal surfaces.

A: Comes in pre-measured 1 kg, 3 kg, and 6 kg kits for easy mixing and onsite use.

A: Pot life is approximately 2 hours at 30 C and 6 hours at 20 C. Overlay time is around 6 hours at 30 C.

A: Clean and prepare bonding surface. Mix resin and hardener using low-speed mixer for ~23 minutes. Apply evenly with brush. Place fresh concrete or mortar within 68 hours, depending on temperature.
