91 000 74051 MAPEI Mapefill GP IN is a high-strength, non-shrink, cement-based powdered grout with graded aggregates and special additives (including expansive agent). When mixed with water, it becomes a very fluid grout that fills voids, honeycombs, base-plates, precast joints etc., with excellent adhesion, high impermeability, and minimal shrinkage, even after setting. Desirable for structural repair, anchoring, and concrete restoration work.

Non-shrink, both in plastic and hardened phases includes expansive agent to compensate shrinkage.

Q1. How long until Mapefill GP IN reaches usable strength?

You get > 20 MPa at 1 day, > 50 MPa by 7 days. Full strength around 28 days when used per instructions.

Q2. Can it be used in very narrow/honeycomb voids?

Yes its fluid mix allows it to fill intricate gaps/honeycombs without segregation. Good for precast joints etc.

Q3. Does it shrink after curing?

No thanks to expansive agents, the plastic and hardened shrinkage is neutralized. Minimal to no shrinkage.

Q4. Is it safe to use with steel reinforcement?

Yes, its chloride-free and non-corrosive. Might even help bond to rebars.
