- Surface Preparation
- Surface should be sound, stable, clean, free from laitance, paint, oil, grease, and residual mould release agents and curing compounds. Metal surfaces must be free from rust, scaling or paint and abraded to reveal bright metal.
- Mixing Ratio
- Add 3.25 to 3.5 litres of clean potable water to 25 kg micro concrete and mix for 2-3 minutes.
- Application Method
- Add powder slowly to water while mixing with a slow-speed electric mixer to create a flowing mortar; pour or pump into suitable shuttering.
- Formwork
- Wrap any formwork in polythene for clean release. Seal joints with suitable sealant.
- Yield
- 12.7 litres per 25 kg at Water/Powder ratio of 0.14
- Curing Time
- Minimum 7 days if exposed.

- 25 kg moisture resistant bag
- Storage Condition
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in unopened original packaging
